Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via , then access Find Jobs from the Workday search bar to view and apply for open positions.

Summary ofJob Duties
The Registration and Records Assistant is responsible for processing and maintaining academic records and student information associated with registration activities, transfer credit evaluations within an institution of higher education. Other duties are assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least two years of experience in general office work with an emphasis in records management, student registration, or a related area
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one to three years of customer service experience
- Work experience in an academic setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of the college and university registration process
- Ability to explain and interpret registration policies and procedures
