Insurance Service Support Specialist

Overview

We are an independent insurance agency seeking an entry-level team member to support our service department. This role focuses on client intake, data processing, and accurate entry of information into our agency management system (AMS).

You will work closely with experienced service representatives to ensure information is captured correctly and efficiently. This is a structured, process-driven role designed for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and continuous learning.

• Collecting and reviewing client-provided information
• Entering data accurately into our Agency Management System
• Following documented procedures and workflows
• Identifying missing or unclear information and escalating appropriately
• Supporting senior service team members with administrative tasks
• Maintaining organized & up-to-date records

• High school diploma required
• Strong written & spoken communication skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and multiple screens
• Prior administrative, data entry, or operations experience preferred
• Full-time, hybrid position
• Collaborative, team-based service environment
• Training and support provided
