* High School diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of experience in administrative support or office management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with software application programs, database management and accounting principles
* Knowledge of UARK operations, policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulations
* Demonstrated success communicating, written and verbal, with a broad range of diverse stakeholders including Campus Partners including, faculty, and students
* This position must be an effective advocate: interacting and communicating with individuals at all levels of the institution
* Skilled and attentive to detail in composing and editing/proofing materials
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and appropriately manage multiple competing tasks and demands
* Ability to conduct research and prepare required reports
* Ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities, resources, and materials associated with the needs of the department or program
* Ability to build and manage meeting agendas and relevant meeting notes
