Receptionist - Franchise

This seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist role at a H&R Block franchise location emphasizes helping clients and building relationships. • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
