Engineering Intern

Position: Engineering Intern - No Experience Required
Responsible for working on special projects for the Engineering department. To include but not limited to:

* Assist in designs for manufacturing and purchase components.

* Create a table that with simply component selection process.

* Assist the engineering department with special requests.

* Assist the General Manager with projects as they arise.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and qualifications for this position:

* Education:

High school diploma or GED.

* Experience:

No experience necessary; however, looking for someone currently enrolled in college to pursue their bachelor's degree in engineering.

* Skills:

Ability to represent the Company and interact with others in an ethical and appropriate manner;
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively, comfortable working in a dynamic environment;
Willingness and ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professionalism, and diplomacy;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
Touch-it-once, do-it-right approach to work responsibilities;
Intellectually curious, commitment to excellence, and interest in learning new responsibilities once existing responsibilities are mastered.

Must be able to sit or stand for multiple hours.
