This role is part of our Manufacturing Team, operating production equipment, monitoring parameters, inspecting product, recording data, and adjusting processes or seeking guidance when needed.

Operates production equipment, monitors production parameters, inspects or tests product for conformance, records data, and makes decisions on when to adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.

• Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• May function as a changeover, setting, or grinding operator.
• Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
• Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
• May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
• Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

• Good oral communication skills.
• Good reading and listening skills.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
