Our client operates within a fast-paced, essential services environment, supporting customers across the UK - and they are continuing to grow.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries via phone and email. This is a busy and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Updating internal systems with clear and accurate notes
Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
Delivering service excellence in line with company standards

About You

We're looking for individuals who:

Have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
Remain calm under pressure and can manage sensitive conversations
Have strong attention to detail and good IT skills
Are team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
