At Home - 11501 Parkside Drive - Responsibilities:
Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets in designated zones in collaboration with the Zone Manager.;
Oversee daily/weekly workload and tasks to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; stock designated areas including down stocking and end cap maintenance.;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.;
Serve as a role model and coach on visual merchandising practices and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
