At Archer Insurance Agency, we’re not a call center and we’re not a volume-driven sales shop. We’re a locally owned insurance brokerage in Farragut focused on long-term relationships, smart coverage advice, and doing right by our clients.
We’re growing and looking for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
About the RoleThis position blends customer service and sales. You’ll work with existing clients to manage their policies while also identifying opportunities to write new business through referrals, inbound leads, and proactive outreach.

What You’ll DoServe as a primary contact for personal and/or commercial insurance clients
Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates, and coverage questions
Review accounts and recommend appropriate coverage options
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products when it truly benefits the client
Generate new business through referrals, follow-ups, and agency leads
Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with Tennessee insurance regulations
What We’re Looking ForActive Tennessee Property & Casualty insurance license
1–3+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-first mindset
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
Experience with agency management systems and everyday office technology
