KP Dentistry is seeking a skilled and motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our well-established team. Experience & Key **
- Assist the dentist during restorative and preventive dental procedures
- Perform expanded functions as permitted by state regulations (e.g., placing restorations, sealants, impressions)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
