Position: Air Source Heat Pump  Engineer

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits

The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems in residential properties across the South of England. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you will ensure each project is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Decommission and remove existing gas boiler systems

* Install unvented hot water cylinders and associated pipework

* Install and commission Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems

* Carry out basic fault-finding and servicing of units

* Ensure all work complies with building regulations and MCS standards

* Liaise with customers, surveyors, and office staff to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

* Strong plumbing and heating background (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

* Proven experience installing ASHP systems

* G3 unvented qualification

* Full UK driving licence

* Knowledge of MCS standards desirable (training can be provided)

* Additional qualifications such as F-Gas, WRAS, or electrical certificates are advantageous
