MOT Technician

Overview

Our Client in Farnham is a fast-growing independent garage in the heart of the town. With growing demand for our MOT, servicing, and repair services, we are looking for both an experienced Technician and an MOT Tester. If you are skilled in both roles, we are especially interested.

£45,000 to £50,000 per year, 5.5 days a week. Bonus scheme £6,000 to £12,000 per year. On target earnings £50,000 to £54,000 per year. Includes 26 Saturdays a year. Part‑time hours would be considered, with salary and bonus pro‑rata to the above. We will be refurbishing one of the workshops to create more space to meet increasing demand.

We are seeking someone with experience up to Master Tech standard, ideally Level 3, with a strong skill set and the ability to complete work to a high standard. If you are also an MOT Tester, that is a significant plus.

The full‑time tester must be experienced with a blemish‑free DVSA record.
