Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff
Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Train, support, and develop warehouse staff
Monitor performance and productivity against targets and deadlines
Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is properly maintained
Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse operations

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using warehouse management systems
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Forklift certification is desirable but not essential
