Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Farnham. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Train, support, and develop warehouse staff
• Monitor performance and productivity against targets and deadlines
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is properly maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse operations

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Forklift certification is desirable but not essential

• A confident and hands‑on leader who leads by example
• Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency
• A team player who can motivate and develop others
