You will gain exposure to candidates across a wide range of industries, from engineering to finance, developing an understanding of how businesses operate and how recruitment impacts them. This will include using job boards to identify the best local talent, analysing market trends, and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates through job boards, Linked In, internal databases, social media, and networking
Manage your own pool of candidates, maximising their job opportunities and supporting them throughout the interview process
Work to targets and KPI’s, giving you freedom to manage your daily tasks
Pre-interview candidates to build relationships and identify strengths and areas for development
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate, up-to-date information
Coordinate and manage interview processes to give candidates the best chance of securing their next role
Book candidates into open bookings with the assistance of the Temporaries Consultant
Build and nurture strong candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Create and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Support consultants by identifying skill gaps and market trends
Handle incoming calls and emails from candidates and clients, responding to enquiries or escalating where appropriate
