Coyle Homecare is recruiting an experienced Complex Care Carer to support a client in Farnham with tracheostomy
, jejunal (JEJ) feeding
, suctioning
, and cerebral palsy
.

You’ll deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care within the client’s home, under the guidance of our clinical nurse team.

• Provide tracheostomy care
  , including routine maintenance and tube changes
  .
• Carry out suctioning and airway management safely and effectively.
• Administer JEJ feeds and medication following infection control and nutrition protocols.
• Support with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.
• Monitor and record clinical observations, reporting changes promptly.
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all Coyle Homecare and CQC policies.

• At least 6 months’ experience in complex care.
• Trained and competent in tracheostomy care, suctioning, and JEJ/PEG feeding
  .
• Experience supporting clients with cerebral palsy
  .
• Good communication skills and a caring, reliable nature.
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service preferred).
• Relevant healthcare training (BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding).
