Typical shifts: 7am‑7pm & 9am‑9pm – including weekends on a rota.

• Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues.
• Conduct supervision sessions and appraisals.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Order medication.
• Support people to manage finances and day‑to‑day needs.
• Act as acting manager in the manager’s absence.

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
