PENSIONS & INVESTMENT TEAM LEADER
We are working with a forward-thinking Financial Services firm who are looking for an experienced Pensions & Investment Team Leader to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team within their Pensions and Investments department.
If you enjoy the administrative aspect of managing pensions & investments including new business, investment transfers, pension withdrawals etc and thrive on coaching others and being the go-to person for solving problems then this is the perfect role for you.
Salary 38-42K depending on experience + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Pensions & Investment Team Leader include,

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team to ensure all work is processed accurately and on time
  • Championing change and helping to improve existing processes and ways of working
  • Acting as a point of escalation for technical queries, non-standard cases and member complaints
  • Managing a broad range of pensions and investments work, including new business, transfers, contributions and withdrawals
  • Overseeing Inheritance Tax planning investments
  • Handling deceased account processing and Pension Sharing Orders
  • Supporting with day-to-day pensions and investments administration where required

What the ideal Pensions & Investment Team Leader will bring to the table,

  • Proven experience managing an administration and/or paraplanning team
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or a similar client management system
  • A relevant Financial Planning qualification (such as CII Certificate in Financial Administration, CF1/FPC1, FA1 or equivalent), or be working towards one
