TEAM LEADER **
* We are working with a forward-thinking Financial Services firm who are looking for an experienced Pensions & Investment Team Leader to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team within their Pensions and Investments department.
If you enjoy the administrative aspect of managing pensions & investments including new business, investment transfers, pension withdrawals etc and thrive on coaching others and being the go-to person for solving problems then this is the perfect role for you.
Salary £38-42K depending on experience + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Pensions & Investment Team Leader include,
Leading, coaching and developing a team to ensure all work is processed accurately and on time
Championing change and helping to improve existing processes and ways of working
Acting as a point of escalation for technical queries, non-standard cases and member complaints
Managing a broad range of pensions and investments work, including new business, transfers, contributions and withdrawals
Overseeing Inheritance Tax planning investments
Handling deceased account processing and Pension Sharing Orders
Supporting with day-to-day pensions and investments administration where required
What the ideal Pensions & Investment Team Leader will bring to the table,
Proven experience managing an administration and/or paraplanning team
Strong organisational and planning skills
A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or a similar client management system
A relevant Financial Planning qualification (such as CII Certificate in Financial Administration, CF1/FPC1, FA1 or equivalent), or be working towards oneThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and progressive employer that truly invests in its people.
