What you’ll be doing :
Keep the hub running

Make sure the office stays stocked, organised and running smoothly
Manage supplies, deliveries and shared spaces
Help manage the company vehicle fleet (servicing, MOTs, tax)
Be the engine behind the scenes

Support daily operations, purchasing and stock control
Place and track orders for furnishings, equipment and materials
Maintain order trackers, delivery schedules and documentation
Coordinate deliveries from warehouse to multiple locations
Work with suppliers and solve delivery or order issues fast Support the wider team

Provide admin and logistics support across projects
Book accommodation for travelling teams
Help prepare information packs and key documentation
Print drawings and project info when needed

Own the day-to-day essentials

Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Sign for deliveries and make sure they reach the right people
Jump into general admin and ad-hoc tasks when needed
