You’ll be right at the heart of the business, learning how a professional office runs day to day — with plenty of support along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Being the first friendly face/voice for phone calls, visitors, and deliveries
Managing incoming and outgoing post and keeping digital files organised
Supporting the team with general office tasks, including:

Diary reminders
Organising meeting rooms
Preparing teas and coffees
Making sure the dishwasher is emptied each morning
Booking accommodation and travel for staff
Keeping office supplies stocked and organised
Helping ensure the office is tidy, welcoming, and running smoothly

About You
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems
Friendly, clear communicator (written and verbal)
Proactive, adaptable, and happy to pitch in where needed
Eager to learn and grow in an office environment
Ideally some office experience Important
Own transport is required due to the office location
