Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) in Farnborough, UK – a full‑time role.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high‑performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies (React/Angular).
• Develop and customize components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
• Build responsive and intuitive UI components with a strong frontend focus.
• Integrate AEM with backend services, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑production support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and its associated libraries and features.
• In‑depth experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React and Angular.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with React 16 Framework.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and ORM technologies such as JPA.
• Experience with version control systems (Git Hub), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and relevant patterns.
• Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
