Front Desk Representative

Overview

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. You will also be responsible for room turnover after patient care is performed by the doctor.

Must be willing to be limited xray certified and trained (compensated by the practice). The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Knowledge of insurance verification and basic medical billing is highly preferred but not required.

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms as needed
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Room turnover after patient care
• Light cleaning of the office, as needed
• Willing to become Limited X-Ray trained and Certified

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
