Part-Time Education Support Specialist I (T0352)

Longwood University invites qualified applicants for the position of Education Support Specialist I (T0352) in the Office of the Registrar.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties- Official and unofficial transcript processing/order inquiry management
- Enrollment verification processing and order inquiry management
- Special population registration processing
- In-person, email, e-Chat and phone customer service
- Other duties as assigned
This position is located in Farmville, Virginia, and is required to work in person on Longwood University's campus.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred
This is a part-time, temporary wage, non-exempt position in pay band
2. Hours worked will vary based on need, but will be limited to an average of 29 hours per week and 1,500 hours maximum per work year. Commonwealth of Virginia benefits do not accompany this position. A successful fingerprint-based criminal background investigation is required. Ameri Corps, Peace Corps, and other national service alumni are encouraged to apply.
