This is a full-time, on-site role based in Farmville, VA. The positions available include GPS Dozer Operators, Excavator Operators, General Laborers, and Truck Drivers. Team members will perform tasks such as operating construction machinery, preparing and maintaining worksites, excavation, material transport, and supporting renewable energy projects. Responsibilities may also include collaborating on-site to meet project timelines while maintaining safety and adhering to best practices.

• Experience with operating construction equipment, including GPS Dozers, Excavators, and Trucks
• Ability to perform general labor tasks such as equipment maintenance and worksite preparation
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them diligently
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in renewable energy or solar construction projects is a plus
• Valid licenses and certifications relevant to operating construction equipment
• Ability to work in an on-site, physical work environment, including various weather conditions
