Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the department dedicated to identifying, analyzing, and combating fraud trends to safeguard members and mitigate financial losses. Monitor fraud‑related activities, utilizing detection tools, trend monitoring, and response strategies across card disputes, remote deposit capture, ACH transactions, member‑to‑member transfers, wires, ATM operations, and suspicious activities. This position will act as Bank Secrecy Officer.
- Oversee the compliance of full cycle collections process (early stage, late stage, repossessions, charge off/recovery, bankruptcies, and small claims) while balancing laws and regulations.
- Oversee Credit Union Vendor Management System to ensure compliance with NCUA Regulations.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Experience:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. - Education:
(1) A two‑year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in‑house training or apprenticeship program. - Interpersonal
Skills:
