Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
- Craft drinks efficiently with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes while serving responsibly.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend and upsell items.
- Assist servers by answering questions about our spirited drinks.
- Follow all safety procedures, ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling during shifts.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties.
- For California positions:
Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
