RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
- Have extensive knowledge of the menu, recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
- Assist with food assembly, check orders for accuracy, and review with guests before serving.
- Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
- For California positions:
Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days).
