Panel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong panel background and experience with various assembly techniques. This role involves working with electrical components, assembling control panels, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The Control Panel Technician will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Duties

• Assemble control panels according to schematics and technical drawings.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Conduct inspections using tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with assembled panels or components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly and fabrication.
• Familiarity with surface mount technology is preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.
• Experience using power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior experience in machining is a plus but not required.
