Charter College is seeking a passionate HVAC Instructor who believes in the power of education to transform lives. This is a part-time, on-site Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Instructor position located in Farmington, NM. In this role, you’ll teach core HVAC concepts, lab skills, safety practices, troubleshooting, and industry standards—preparing students for entry-level HVAC careers. Your real-world experience will help students bridge the gap between classroom learning and jobsite success.

• Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years field experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Preference will go to those who are experienced instructors

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Part Time Evening (5:30 p.m.
  
  - 10:00 p.m.) 2 days a week
• Monday through Thursday
• PM Shift
• Paid by each 5-week Course taught $1,250.00 to $1,450.00 each
