* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide direct care and support to clients/patients, including monitoring daily activities and responding to crises
* Facilitate group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participation
* Assist in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs and collecting necessary lab specimens
* Provide transportation support for clients/patients as required
* Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance and adherence to program policies
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

*** High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment
* Prefer experience in Human Services or a related field, but will consider skilled individuals without prior experience
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
* Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders
* Basic math skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
* Ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to crises as needed
* Ability to lift, carry, and push objects as required by the job duties
* Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
