Outpatient Urologist Opportunity in Farmington, MO — BJC Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Urologist to join our team at BJC Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri. This is a full-time, 100% Urology practice with excellent support from an established, multi-specialty clinic. Farmington, located just an hour from St. Louis, Missouri offers a small-town feel with access to big-city amenities.

• Manages the medical care of patient panel by providing or arranging inpatient hospital care for physicians patients, including rounds and hospitalist coverage to meet Medical Staff requirements.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and care team to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at clinic locations designated by BJC and any other BJC clinical outreach location as needed.
• Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in the patient medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws.
• Provides or arranges for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in accordance with BJC policies and Medical Staff bylaws, maintaining professional standards.
• Collaborates and teaches advanced practice providers and care team members.
• BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
