Overview

BJC Medical Group is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding team in Bonne Terre, MO. This foundational role involves collaborating with Advance Practice Providers and helping establish a thriving practice in a growing community. Hospital affiliation includes Parkland Health Center and a three-bed critical access hospital in Bonne Terre, where you will practice, serving residents of St.

Francois County and surrounding areas in southeastern Missouri.

The Parkland-Farmington campus, 16 minutes from Parkland-Bonne Terre, offers a full continuum of inpatient medical-surgical and intensive care, cardiology, obstetrics, and emergency services, along with outpatient services including a wound care clinic and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center. This role emphasizes outpatient care with opportunities to collaborate with specialists who rotate through the clinic.

• Foundation Physician Position: Play a central role in building a new practice, collaborating with APPs.
• Outpatient-Only Setting: Focus on patient care without in-house responsibilities.
• Work-Life Balance: 36-hour patient-facing work week, Monday through Friday, with nurse triage access and a one-week-per-year on-call requirement (highly unlikely you will be called).
