Security Officer - Alarm Monitoring Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Monitor alarm panels, cameras, phones and/or radio traffic; dispatch officers and/or notify site contacts and local authorities as directed by post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details and relaying clear updates to responding personnel;
Document security-related activity by completing shift reports, incident reports and dispatch logs, and by maintaining accurate records of calls for service;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, including checking doors, restricted areas and high-value spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location
