We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Data Science Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a role in architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven tools and automated workflows that directly enhance the efficiency, intelligence, and strategic capabilities of our critical internal stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust AI and machine learning solutions specifically tailored for our Sales, Project Management, and Innovation Engineering functions.

+ Full Lifecycle Ownership:
From data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, deployment (MLOps), monitoring, and continuous improvement - you'll own the entire lifecycle of your solutions.

Design and implement scalable, resilient, and performant data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.

Act as a subject matter expert in data science and AI, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their potential application within our business.

** What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers):*
* + Hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed solutions.

+ Deep expertise in:

+ Programming languages:
Python (essential), SQL.

+ ML frameworks:
Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.

+ Data manipulation and analysis libraries:
Pandas, Num Py.

+ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience with MLOps tools/services on one of these is highly desirable).

+ Proven ability to build and deploy robust, production-grade machine learning systems.

+ Strong understanding of various ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP, time series) and when to apply them effectively.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills:
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
