This is how you will grow:

* CAE Simulation:
Perform crash worthiness (frontal, side, rollover, pedestrian), durability, and related testing

* Test Support:
Plan, prepare, and analyze results from physical crash tests, correlating virtual models with real data.

* Design Guidance:
Influence designs, identify safety enablers, and troubleshoot issues to meet performance goals.

* Performance Validation:
Evaluate structural integrity and durability under various operational scenarios (e.g., fatigue, impact).

* Collaboration:

Work with design, testing, and CAE teams to integrate safety throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

* Automotive OEM experience

* Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.

* 3 plus years of similar experience

* Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
