Hours:

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday with some weekends

Onsite/Field role- must be local or willing to commute to Farmington Hills, MI

Must haves:

* 5+ years as a commercial industrial superintendent working on ground-up projects (general contractor)

* Strong experience of site work, precast, foundations, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems

* Advanced knowledge of full construction lifecycle and site supervision

* Ability to manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety

* Strong working knowledge of construction documents and project sequencing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
