Foster Career and Technical Education Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Clinical Instructor to supervise and instruct student nursing assistants during their required 40 hours of clinical training. This position is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about teaching and mentoring future CNAs in a hands‑on clinical setting.

• Supervise groups of 5‑6 students in clinical settings.
• Ensure students meet 40 hours of clinical training requirements.
• Provide direct instruction and oversight during clinical hours (typically 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM, with some full‑day shifts from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Follow state and program guidelines for CNA training.

• Active Maine RN License (Required)
• Ability to pass a State of Maine Criminal Background Check & Fingerprinting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required
