• Electrical System Installation – install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential properties
• Electrical Maintenance – perform general electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues
• Technical Diagnostics & Repairs – inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring, or fixtures, ensuring the proper operation of all electrical systems
• Circuit Breakers & Transformers – inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently
• Blueprint Reading – read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to accurately install or repair electrical systems
• Code Compliance – ensure all electrical work complies with national electrical codes and state and local building regulations
• Customer Engagement – engage with customers, explaining the issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly, while recommending additional products and services for optimal system performance
• Service Titan Software – track repairs, maintenance, and service calls through Service Titan software, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation
• Safety Standards – follow safety protocols to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner, protecting both the customer and team members

• Experience – 3+ years of experience as a Residential Electrical Service Technician or a similar role
• Licensing – valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
• Technical Expertise – strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
• Service Software – experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Attention to Detail – ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with electrical codes
• Customer-Focused – strong communication skills to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Driver’s License – valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical Requirements – ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to electrical installations and repairs
