Retail Sales - Active & Lingerie - Westfarms at Nordstrom is a customer‑focused retail sales role. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, fit and styling, and excels at building lasting customer relationships through personalized in‑store and digital interactions.

• Conduct bra fittings, measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance; receive training on bra fitting processes.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals via‑store and digital tools, including text and social media outreach.
• Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom training and brand consultant sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the department ready through tasks such as order filling, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to connect with customers and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Empathy, sensitivity, and body positivity; provide a respectful environment during fittings for diverse customers.
• Self‑motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals; interest in using technology to enhance sales.
• Multitasking and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.

$17.20 per hour. Position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives or bonuses. Benefits include 401k, health and dental coverage, lifetime disability, PTO accruals, holidays, and more.
