Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced  Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)  for a  13-week assignment  in  Farmington, Connecticut . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures while collaborating closely with surgeons and surgical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are available.

Assist the surgical team throughout procedures, maintaining a sterile field.

Monitor patient status and vital signs during surgery.

Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.

Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families.

Requirements
Requirements:

Active  RN License  (CT or Compact State).

Minimum  2 years of recent OR experience .

BLS and ACLS certifications  required.

Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
