RJoin TRUMPF as a Receiving Clerk responsible for accurate, timely receipt and processing of incoming materials to support production and inventory accuracy. Use SAP Inventory Management to perform goods receipts, inspect deliveries, and coordinate material flow while following safety, quality, and lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and verify shipments against POs, packing slips and delivery documents.
* Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP IM and post to correct storage locations/bins.
* Label, tag and identify materials for traceability; move materials to staging, storage or production.
* Coordinate with Quality and Purchasing on discrepancies, damaged or non-conforming goods.
* Support cycle counts, physical inventories and resolve receiving variances.
* Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) safely.
* Maintain organized receiving areas and accurate electronic documentation.
* Follow FIFO, Kanban and lean processes; support continuous improvement.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1–3 years receiving/warehouse or inventory experience in manufacturing preferred.
* Experience with SAP (IM or S/4

HANA) preferred.
* Basic MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.
* Forklift experience or willingness to be certified.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
