Full Time salaried role:
Monday-Friday, business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Annual salary starting at $75,000, plus bonus structure.

Farmington Station is looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, and ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Farmington Station as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.
