This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Farmington, CT, for a Customer Service Consultant. The Customer Service Consultant will engage with clients to deliver outstanding service and support, assist with insurance inquiries, build strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and address customer needs effectively. Responsibilities include handling customer questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a customer service role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is preferred.
