Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close procedures, including preparation and review of financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify transactions and balances.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all financial activities.
- Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making and reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of accounting practices. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Experience in preparing and posting journal entries.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and techniques.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
