Are you ready to turn routine service visits into high-impact sales opportunities? Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills is looking for a Service Lane Sales Rep to join our team and help grow our used car inventory through strategic customer engagement.

What is a Service Lane Sales Rep? This role is all about connecting with customers during their service appointments
. You’ll be the friendly face who helps them explore upgrade options, trade-in opportunities, or even transition into a new or used vehicle—all while they’re already at the dealership.

• Interact with 100+ vehicles monthly in the service lane to identify acquisition opportunities.
• Build rapport with service customers and present tailored upgrade or trade-in offers.
• Conduct on-the-spot appraisals and collaborate with the Used Car Manager to source high-demand inventory.
• Help increase the dealership’s used car stock by identifying vehicles that match buyer trends.
• Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience that builds trust and drives results.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in automotive sales or service is a plus.
• Ability to work closely with service advisors and the used car team.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a high-volume dealership.
