Job Description

Join Target as a General Merchandise and Food Sales team member, where you will help create a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging with them to help solve their specific needs.
• Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, and arranging merchandise.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures, if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner, comply with all safety policies, and report hazards and correct where possible.
