Location and work arrangementHybrid position — Farmington Hills
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, wage and hour compliance, ACA regulations, and tax requirements.
- Hands-on experience administering 401(k) plans and working with plan providers/auditors.
- Proficiency in payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, UKG) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex information clearly.
