Salary: $75,000 - $78,000; bonus + benefits
Job SummaryWorking as a Director of Dining Services, you oversee day‑to‑day operations for a Senior Living dining account. You manage a team of 12‑15 hourly associates, maintain client relations, and ensure that the food offered is of superior quality. You are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
- Work with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Registered Dietician on menu creation and quality standards.
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Roll out new culinary programs.
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of food service operation experience.
- High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
- Previous experience managing a budget.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company.
