Dining Services Director

Salary: $75,000 - $78,000; bonus + benefits

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you oversee day‑to‑day operations for a Senior Living dining account. You manage a team of 12‑15 hourly associates, maintain client relations, and ensure that the food offered is of superior quality. You are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences within the organization.

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Work with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Registered Dietician on menu creation and quality standards.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of food service operation experience.
• High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company.
